This Shipping Policy explains how Plvqx checks, cushions, dispatches, and tracks coaster sets ordered for delivery in Singapore. The store currently serves customers in Singapore, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.
Before sealing a parcel, we match the coaster SKU to its listed count, shape, material, color, and any included holder. Cork sets are kept flat, silicone pieces are not sharply folded, and ceramic pieces are separated from one another while a metal holder is protected from contact damage.
TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time (Singapore).
- Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Friday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
- Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Friday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.
Business Days are Monday-Friday. Public holidays and carrier non-service days are not counted, and orders needing verification may require customer confirmation before shipment.
Coaster parcels are packed according to construction rather than by appearance alone. Cork pieces stay flat and dry, flexible silicone pieces are not sharply creased, and ceramic pieces are individually separated; when a steel holder is supplied, it is restrained so it cannot strike the coaster edges. The sealed parcel is checked against the ordered SKU and exact piece count before its delivery label is applied.
SHIPPING COST
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of $0.00 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display $0.00 USD for standard delivery.
DELIVERY AREA
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).
A complete delivery address is required at checkout. Customers should check the street address, unit or apartment number, postal code, and contact details before submitting payment.
SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
Depending on parcel size, destination, and service availability, orders may be delivered by SingPost, Ninja Van, J&T Express, DHL, or another carrier operating in Singapore. The assigned carrier and tracking details are shown in the shipping confirmation email.
A coaster set and its listed holder are normally packed together. If an operational exception requires separate parcels, both tracking records remain part of the same order and no additional standard-shipping fee is charged.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the assigned carrier and tracking number. Use that tracking link or enter the number on the carrier's official website to review the latest available shipment status.
